January 16, 2012 Denville, NJ : Announcing Denville’s Got Talent Musical / Singing Contest to begin 0210/2012
Open to all currently enrolled students attending the three Denville, NJ High Schools: Morris Knolls, Morris Catholic and Morris School of
Technology .   This is a musical instrument and or singing contests for individual acts, where and participants may play their instrument as their
talent or play their own accompanying instrument such as piano, organ, guitar, and sing OR have use of a tape or CD music ONLY to sing
along with.

Participants are required to upload their performance to our You Tube Channel Denville’s Got Talent

Prior to uploading your video you must first acknowledge that you have read and agree to You Tube Terms of Service and send in your official
request to participate in The Denville’s Got Talent Contest.

Your performance will be posted on our site , where people from our community will be able to log on watch your performance and then cast their
single vote by E mail … the top 5 talent winners will go head to head in a LIVE contest on stage at The Denville Rotary Street Festival June 10 .

After this LIVE event, the website voting will again be opened for the voting of the TOP 5 finalist and result in the top two acts receiving the most
online votes. These two finalist will be invited to the Joe Bella Memorial Fund raising event held in July 3rd, where they will once again perform
LIVE on stage and the winner will be announced that night. Once again the one who received the most votes, will be the winner.   As of this
announcement the prize is NOT yet set.

Currently our plan is to raise cash donations through a NON profit 501 3C Trust and awarded the winner in the form of a Scholarships toward
an accredit school of their choice. Updates will be posted to this site on a regular basis so stay tuned.   We reserve the right to cancel such
monetary prizes and reward the winner with a Trophy, if we can NOT get NON profit statue in time.
This notice is going out via a press release to the three HS listed above, all Denville services clubs, towns’ website, Denville TV, local radio and
local newspaper as soon as we get this NON profit status approved .    up dates to follow

That all voting will be done by E mail and limited to one vote per person per contest participant. I realize I may post MORE than one video but NOT more than 3 as
my entree into this contest and that my votes will be counted as a cumulative number of votes cast for either all 3 of or all 2 of or all 1 of my video entrees.
Meaning I can NOT have one person vote for all 3 and get 3 votes . I can enter 3 different videos to show off my talent however ONLY one vote can be cast for
me as an contest participant. In this way we can keep the voting as fair as possible.

This is an individual musical talent contest. I can either play an accompanying instrument and sing, or my talent can just be the playing of my instrument, or that I
can use a prerecorded instrument only as a backup accompaniment to a song I sing along to .
